Won’t turn on

When your iPad won’t turn on, it is most commonly due to a dead battery. If you charge your iPad and it still won’t turn on, it may be that it is frozen in suspend mode. Try holding the home and wake buttons at the same time for ten seconds. This should power on your iPad.
